Supplies, cover, notice, and where we clean.
What supplies do you bring?
We bring cleaning supplies and cloths for a hotel-standard visit. If you prefer we use products already in the home, say so when you book.
Are visits insured?
Ask us when you book and we will confirm cover for that visit. We do not publish a policy number here.
How do I cancel or change a booking?
Message us as soon as plans change. We confirm any notice period when we take the booking — do not assume a fee until we have said so.
Where do you clean?
HDB, condo and landed homes across Singapore. Homes only.
How much notice do you need?
We reply 09:00–22:00. WhatsApp to check same-day or next-day space — it depends on the diary.
What if something is missed?
Tell us the same day. We will return to put it right.
